We can go look around the streets and stores and see which is the best.
Dentist can recommend you, depending on how your teeth and oral status is or just browse at pharmacies and supermarkets at the bathroom section…I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth since mine are pretty sensitive but of course there are tonnes of different types recommended for different teeth.
