this sucks…. i have pretty good oral hygiene (regular visits to the dentist, brush my teeth at least twice a day, use mouthwash.) i dont floss too often because i have braces and its a reaaall pain to do this….. and i have gingivitis but im not sure if its really bad or not. i dont think its bad but i dont know what else i can do to get rid of it! my gums are growing onto my teeth sorta like inbettween my teeth more… urghh
get floss threaders! their a life saver, and i just waited to floss until my braces were off, and i had gingivitis until i got into a reg. habbit of flossing! i reccommend swishing around warm saltwater on ur gums daily to soothe the gingivitis!
thr salt sdent soothe it for me!!! it makes it sting
anytips? im desparet
just brush gently and floss everyday and twice or three times a day until your gingivitis goes. away if its rly serious, see ur dentist for treatment
OMG!! its soo embarasing!! i get rele bad breath, do you have any tips? other than brushing, flossing and mouth wash?
I havent goten a cleaning in like 7months because I opted out of cleaning to due some deep cavity work. Im gona go see m dentist asap.
…certainly bleeds a lot more than normal?! And bleeding is normal?
well healthy gums can bleed if you floss to hard, but inflammed gums can bleed for gentle flossing, that was it meant.
I have inflamed gums right now and they don’t bleed when brushing or touching. It doesn’t have to bleed every time like they say.
sumtimes!
